Shipping policy

We work with multiple companies to be able to create these products made custom to each client. In the pursuit of providing the best products it is possible for orders with multiple products to be shipped individually. Since each item is made to order, there is a small processing time and the shipping time frame is anywhere from 3-14 days. This is the average. While this is the most likely timeframe we do not have complete control over either the couriers, or the companies we work with to create these custom products. Therefore it should be mentioned, as with anything you order online there are rare but possible chances for delays. But generally speaking that is the average shipping time. Because it is longer than we'd prefer, we provide orders with free shipping.
